These colourful globes are hand sewn by Lisu Tribe sewers in northern Thailand.
Each of the 20 globes are created from leftover rayon fabric string. The globes were designed and created to utilise every part of the material, instead of letting any go to waste.
The Lisu tribe live in makeshift houses by a train station in Chiang Mai and are eager to improve their situation through the production of such crafts.
Every item has a story; a card is included with the item to share the story behind what makes each gift special. Lights are for indoor use only.
