New General Manager Air France Belgium and Luxemburg



Since 4 September 2006, Frédéric Kahane has taken over the position of General Manager for Belgium and Luxemburg from his predecessor, Alain Verwilghen.

Frédéric Kahane joined the Company in 1990, working at first in the Operational Research Department where he led optimisation studies for the Cargo programme and Inventory management.

In 1995, he began his international career, initially as Route Manager for the Caribbean and French Guyana. Three years later, he was appointed General Manager North Caribbean, based in Saint-Domingue.

From 2000 to 2003, he accepted another challenge, this time in Dubai, as Commercial Director for the Near and Middle East.

More recently, until his arrival in Belgium, he filled the position of Director for Development of AIR FRANCE KLM Global Business.

Frédéric Kahane (40) joins us in Brussels with his Dutch wife and two daughters. He has a Master's Degree from the Institut Polytechnique of Grenoble.
