A New Two-Metre Seat-Bed
As from November 2006 Air France will be offering a new seat to its business passengers travelling in the long-haul Espace Affaires cabin. This is part of the airline's policy of ensuring that customers benefit from advanced technology to enjoy greater flying comfort. AMSTELVEEN, November 16, 2006 - Effective December 1, 2006, Mr. Bart Vos, currently Senior Vice President Distribution and E-commerce and Deputy Executive Vice President Commercial, has been appointed Senior Vice President Marketing & Brand.
He will be succeeding Mr. Edwin Verver who has chosen to leave KLM to pursue his career elsewhere with effect from November 15, 2006.
As of December 1, Mr. Bart Vos will be succeeded by Mr. Martijn van der Zee who will serve as Vice President Revenue Management until that date.
Mr. Barry ter Voert, currently Vice President Revenue Management KLM Northwest, will take over Mr. Martijn van der Zee's position effective December 1, 2006.

Chiffres du trafic aérien Fraport - octobre 2006 : croissance des aéroports du groupe
Les six aéroports du groupe Fraport ont accueilli environ 63 millions de passagers entre janvier et octobre 2006, ce qui correspond à une augmentation de 1,5 % par rapport à l'an dernier. L'aéroport de Francfort (FRA) a enregistré une augmentation de 0,8 % du trafic passagers au cours des 10 premiers mois de l'année. Malgré une légère baisse des chiffres du trafic aérien d'octobre 2006 par rapport à ceux de l'an passé, en raison de contraintes de capacité de plus en plus importantes au sein de l'aéroport de Francfort, la société Fraport AG demeure optimiste quant à ses prévisions positives pour l'exercice 2006. La société présentera ainsi mardi matin ses résultats financiers pour les neuf premiers mois de l'année.

GUANGZHOU, China - November 14, 2006 - China Southern Airlines - www.cs-air.com/en - was the first airline in China to sell an Internet e-ticket in 2000 and its commitment to e-ticket sales six years ago is paying major dividends to the nation's largest carrier.
From January to September 2006, sales of China Southern Airlines' e-tickets reached a substantial RMB 10.4 Billion.
Airline e-ticketing by China Southern now tops the scales of more than 32 percent of the total e-ticket volume in the Chinese aviation industry.
Since March 28, 2000 when China Southern Airlines launched its e-ticketing program - through March 2005 - the airline has sold more than RMB 4 Billion in Internet airline tickets and today is reporting e-ticket sales growing on a massive scale.
On July 6, 2006, China Southern Airlines began offering its e-ticketed passengers with on-line self check-in service which is now available for flights departing Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Beijing Capital Airport and Shenzhen Huangtian Airport with further expansion to other Chinese airports in the future.

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 14, 2006 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] and Aeroméxico, Mexico's largest airline, today announced the carrier ordered two more 787-8 Dreamliners and 10 more Next-Generation 737-700s.
This Dreamliner order brings to five the number of 787s Aeroméxico plans to acquire. In June the airline announced plans to lease three 787-8s from International Lease Finance Corp. (ILFC) with deliveries scheduled to begin in early 2010, making it the first Latin American airline to incorporate the mostly composite airplane into its fleet. The two new 787s are scheduled for delivery in 2011 while the 10 new 737-700s are scheduled to deliver in 2010.

Tout au long des années 1960 et 1970, les touristes japonais suivirent l'exportation de produits manufacturés. L'espoir est que, sous ce rapport, la Chine imitera le Japon, mais avec douze fois plus de touristes.
